Adam Vincent

Accounts Director

• What does your day-to-day role look like? I manage our clients’ accounts, attend meetings, send updates about how campaigns are going, as well as telemarketing for our clients and YLM. I also provide training for the Telemarketing team.
• The best thing about working at YLM? A great team to work with and every day is different. I also like dealing closely with our clients.
• Tell us something people might not know about you – I have managed my own Sunday league football team for several years.
• A favorite moment since you’ve been working at YLM – Any client renewal that comes forward as it shows the great work the team has put in.
• What do you like to do in your spare time? I play a lot of football, golf, and recently got into playing darts. I’m a big Southampton FC supporter so go to as many games as I can and spend time with friends and family.
• How long have you worked at YLM? Originally in 2020 for a year and a half, returned in August 2023.
• How would your colleagues describe you in three words? – Proactive, Outgoing, Passionate.

Drew Patel

Managing Director

• What does your day-to-day role look like? The key role is to ensure the team is performing well and happy within the workplace, as well as communicating with our clients to ensure the campaigns are performing well. I also manage the finances and ensure the company develops in all areas.
• The best thing about working at YLM? The team is fantastic, I enjoy working with everyone and helping them grow.
• Tell us something people might not know about you – I used to care for adults with learning disabilities.
• A favorite moment since you’ve been working at YLM – That is a tough one, there have been so many great moments. I currently cannot think of one specifically.
• What do you like to do in your spare time? Spending time with my wife and kids, love going to the gym, watching football and the F1, and socialising with friends and family.
• How long have you worked at YLM? From day one, nearly 6 years.
• How would your colleagues describe you in three words? Consistent, Thoughtful, Organised.

Grace Harper

Account Manager

• What does your day-to-day role look like? My activity involves servicing our clients via telemarketing, reporting back to my management team, and keeping the vibes high in the office.
• The best thing about working at YLM? No two days are the same. The only consistent thing is the fun and giggles we all have as a team!
• Tell us something people might not know about you – I was a beauty therapist for over 10 years, before deciding to have a complete career change.
• A favorite moment since you’ve been working at YLM – One of our call-answering clients sang Tom Happy Birthday… but it wasn’t intended for Tom!
• What do you like to do in your spare time? When I’m not running around after my children (& husband) I like to socialise with friends and try out the new cocktails on the scene. In the summer you’ll find me at the beach!
• How long have you worked at YLM? I started working for YLM in February 2023.
• How would your colleagues describe you in three words? Fun, eager to learn & cheerful.

Jade Lewis

Business Development Manager

• What does your day-to-day role look like? I spend my days building relationships with my network and prospecting for YLM. A lot of my time is on the phone, Teams, and LinkedIn, as well as getting out and about exhibiting.
• The best thing about working at YLM? I love working here because of the culture that we stand by, fun, friendly, fair, and a motivated team and management.
• Tell us something people might not know about you – During lockdown, my husband & I built our house with our children and lived for four months in a caravan on our driveway.
• A Favorite moment since you’ve been working at YLM – Our Christmas Office celebration, celebrating our Employee of the Year and Directors Award.
• What do you like to do in your spare time? I spend most of my spare time chauffeuring my children from activities to social events but when I’m not a Mum taxi, I enjoy homemaking, cooking by day, sipping cocktails, and dancing with friends by night.
• How long have you worked at YLM? I’ve been here coming up 2 years this summer.
• How would your colleagues describe you in three words? Organised, dedicated, and outgoing.

Kaush Patel

Sales & Marketing Director

• What does your day-to-day role look like? Every day is a different day, mostly spent either at my desk, on the phone, or in the car on the motorway.
• The best thing about working at YLM? The team. We have a great team and are always laughing.
• Tell us something people might not know about you – During lockdown I ran a podcast with ex Footballers who have now moved on to new business ventures.
• A Favorite moment since you’ve been working at YLM – Every Christmas night out, watching the team expand year after year.
• What do you like to do in your spare time? Play Cricket and Golf, watch Manchester United, and socialise with friends.
• How long have you worked at YLM? 5 years.
• How would your colleagues describe you in three words? Driven, Competitive, and Passionate

Lucy Baxter

Marketing Executive

• What does your day-to-day look like? My main role includes managing clients LinkedIn accounts and creating posts for Social media clients. As well as making content for our company – including writing blogs, social media content, and mailshots, and managing our own LinkedIn page.
• The best thing about working at YLM? The culture/team. We have a great time as a team, and the office is always full of laughter, support, and encouragement.
• Tell us something people don’t know about you – I love art, so do a little crafts and painting.
• Favorite moment since you’ve been working at YLM – I don’t think I can pinpoint a favorite moment; it has been an overall great experience from the start! From the belly laughs we have in the office, to the fun nights out, to passing my exams it has been a whirlwind.
• What do you like to do in your spare time? I like going for walks with my Labrador Luna, painting, going to the gym, and going out with friends.
• How long have you worked at YLM? I joined at the end of June 2023.
• How would your colleagues describe you in three words? Creative, Organised, Disciplined

Pranav Bhatt

Key Account Manager

• What does your day-to-day role look like? I manage all of our key accounts at Your Lead Machine, making telemarketing calls, sending emails, and managing LinkedIn Lead generation for our clients.
• The best thing about working at YLM? We have a vibrant, fun, and hard-working team that strikes the balance of having fun, whilst ensuring we get our jobs done to the highest standard.
• Tell us something people might not know about you – I am an avid supporter of Manchester United.
• Favorite moment since you’ve been working at YLM – Our Christmas Party 2023, we all had a lovely evening and celebrated a year of many successes.
• What do you like to do in your spare time? I play five-a-side football and also partake in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
• How long have you worked at YLM? Just over three years.
• How would your colleagues describe you in three words? Positive, Eager & Kind.

Tom Mason

Marketing Executive

• What does your day-to-day look like? No two days are the same but my main responsibilities include, managing LinkedIn accounts, creating social media content for clients, email marketing, managing our website, writing blogs for our clients, and taking calls on behalf of our call-answering clients.
• The best thing about working at YLM? How friendly and helpful everyone is. From the minute I walked through the door everyone has been so supportive and friendly which helped me to settle in so quickly and hit the ground running.
• Tell us something people don’t know about you – I have interviewed former England cricket captain David Gower and Snooker world Champions Judd Trump, Neil Robertson, and Stephen Hendry for University projects.
• Favorite moment since you’ve been working at YLM – There have been so many in such a short amount of time, but I would say my favorite moment is how much we have grown as a company in the past few months, doing record months which is all down to the amazing hard work of the team.
• What do you like to do in your spare time? I’m a Southampton FC season ticket holder, so love traveling up and down the country watching them. I also play football for a Sunday league team, as well as captaining my local cricket club in the summer. I also am very partial to a beer or two and love socialising with my friends and family.
• How long have you worked at YLM? Since the start of June 2023.
